About Sharon
My journey started with a successful Real Estate agency in Palm Springs, CA in 2003 as an administrative assistant. I was later promoted to management in 2005 and because I enjoyed the business so much, I decided to become a licensed Realtor in 2006 and focused to work with investors. During the housing crash in 2008, I broadened my knowledge from short sale, to foreclosures as well as "flipping houses" with a team of investors in San Diego. My dedication to help my clients extended when I went back to school for Interior design and learned more about architecture. Now, I am very happy to offer my advise with space planning, interior decorating and more! In addition to knowing the ins and outs of buying and selling real estate, I also specialize in an active 55+ community. As a resident in ALTIS Community in Beaumont CA, I understand the retirement lifestyle and significant changes as we embark to a new phase in our life. Because there are so many factors involve, not only do I focus with helping mature buyers/ sellers downsize and stay within their budget but I also share the importance of the interior layout of their new home when aging in-place. I am accustomed to working with empty nesters and retirees, as well as long-distance buyers and those who are new to Inland Empire especially Banning and Beaumont, CA and neighboring areas.
